We aim to make every PawEase order as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find all the key details about how we process, ship, and deliver your pet’s essentials.

1. Processing Your Order

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another once it has been dispatched.
  • During busy periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We currently deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery
• Estimated time: 3–5 working days
• Cost: £3.95 (Free on orders over £40)

Express Delivery
• Estimated time: 1–2 working days
• Cost: £6.95

PLEASE NOTE: Some of our products are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. Delivery typically takes 7–20 working days, depending on location and product availability. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


3. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information (where available).

You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress directly with our courier partner.


4. Missed Deliveries

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will usually:

  • Leave a calling card or email with rearrangement instructions, or
  • Deliver to a local collection point.

Uncollected parcels returned to us may incur a re-delivery charge.


5. Delivery Delays

We work closely with our courier partners to ensure reliable delivery, but occasionally delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, postal strikes, etc.).

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

6. International Shipping

At this time, PawEase ships within the UK only.

We’re working to expand delivery options in the near future — please check back for updates.


7. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Provide photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.


8. Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before confirming your order.

We can’t take responsibility for delayed or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
