Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across the UK. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that as some products are dispatched from our international supplier, delivery could be between 7-20 days.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, PawEase delivers within the UK only. We’re looking into expanding further soon.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is £3.95, or free for orders over £40.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at support@pawease.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at info@pawease.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you cover return postage?
If an item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover return costs. For all other returns, postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Are PawEase products machine washable?
Yes, most of our beds, blankets, and covers are machine washable. Always check the product description for care instructions.
Do you offer calming products for anxious pets?
Absolutely! Our orthopaedic beds, weighted blankets, and snuggle toys are designed to help pets feel safe and secure.
